Natural gas lines may not be available in your area. Although, depending on your area, gas stoves can be less expensive to operate rather than electric stoves. Also, gas stoves offer more precise temperature control than electric ones.

Another thing to keep in mind when it comes to electric stoves is that they are more energy-efficient than gas stoves. They are also considered generally safer for households due to no open flame and because of the risk of gas leaks. Electric stoves can also be easier to clean than gas stoves. Also, most electric stoves simmer better and can go to high heat quicker than gas stoves.

So these are just a few things to keep in mind when purchasing your new stove.
